There are 3 ways to request that Onyxia close your account and delete your data.
Via Mobile app:
Log into the Mobile app using the account that you want to close
Open the hamburger menu in the upper left-hand corner and select “My Account”
Press on the “Delete My Account & Erase All Data” option
You will be prompted to confirm, press “Yes, Delete My Account & Data”
Via the website:
Navigate to https://www.onyxia.io/support
Fill out the support form and request that your account be closed and that your data should be deleted
A member of the Onyxia support team will follow up with you to verify your account ownership and guide you through the deletion process
Via Email:
Send an email to [email protected] from the account owner's email address
The subject of the email should be “Delete My Account & Erase All Data”
